I would love to see the actual average kd of all players figured in that manner, but I would venture to guess it would still be slightly below 1.
You can't have a high kd player without those deaths lowering someone else's kd

You are absolutely right but there are astronomically good players that would have to be balanced out by a very high amount of negative players. Needless to say I too would like to see the numbers
