The ppl with the highest k/d's are the ppl who sit in the back of the map and snipe or who use their sniper as a primary. That playstyle is going to lend to a higher k/d but if you're more of a run and gunner, you're gonna have more deaths. Me personally, I'd rather have a game with 20 kills and 20 deaths rather than sit in the back of the map and g0 10-2.

Id rather go 10-2 than 20-20.

Shotgunners can just as easily have a high kd. Lol What happens when that sniper gets rushed? Sniper dies.
-
When a sniper gets rushed he pops off a body shot and finishes off the shotgunner with his primary before he can get into range.
-
In an ideal circumstance? Lol If he misses he's dead.

I don't agree with sitting in the back of the map (or camping at all) but technically 10 and 2 helps your team more than 20 and 20. My kd is -blam!-ed from when I started and was terrible but while I was still playing I tried to focus more on running from fights I couldn't win. Not so much worried about kd but about helping the team win by dying less even if it meant sacrificing a few kills. Assists are always aggravating but in the end they help the team. And I did notice the random teams I was on started winning more when I played this way.
