I'm more skeptical of the person who relies on a single weapon to achieve success. Let's not forget, everyone completed their first Raid without it. I get the desire to want to control variables to provide the best outcome, but I find it petty if they absolutely REFUSE to accept any deviance. At least give the dude a shot, if he's not cutting it, find someone else, but don't exclude someone for an arbitrary requirement.
