No, the amount of hammers and the damage is fine, it's a good staggering weapon, and great for crowd control

I agree entirely. But if they absolutely had to be nerfed that's the only one I'd take that wouldn't reduce them to lowly (pve)striker status.

Only issue is health in Pvp. That's all that really needs to be changed IMO
