Don't give a sheet about the armour.
Cauterise is just a crazy perk that should never have been in it in the first place.
It's hungering blade.... ON CRACK.

So it shouldn't activate on grenade kills and then it'll be fine? The problem is the armor. Not the health regen and duration. If you have a titan, play a game with minimal armor and HoS feels just fine.

Removing it would make them useless in PvE
