EULA. You should check it out. And actually dig into it, not just skim it.

I'm well aware of the EULA. Doesn't make right, ethical, or moral and the consumer law makers need to know about gaming business practices. A lot of industries get flack for what they do, gaming should be no different because I "prefer" it as a hobby.
