OP doesn't nail it. It's not crying to say that I should still have access to strikes higher than level 20 and below 35 given that I purchased that very thing. Nightfall and dailies is one thing, and it makes sense for those to be level restricted to new endgame content. It does not make sense to remove non-endgame content from those who do not purchased TTK.
