Theres no differential between features and content. If its in the game at any point its content. stop trying to justify it by labelling everthing that was removed or now restricted as something else.
Yes ive got ttk and happy with it.
Yes I agree there was a lot of game the non ttk players paid for that they no longer have access to.

Features and content ARE different even if you don't think so. "Feature" is basically another way of saying "something extra" and since the extras have moved on you don't get to play them unless you get the latest content.

If it was advertised in any way prior to purchase (live stream, interviews, official magazine/web site feature) and I'm pretty sure a lot of the stuff removed was. Without a disclaimer stating temporary content. Then its false advertising and illegal in nearly every country. What doesn't make sense is why your trying to justify it? Its like when the new cod comes out the old one defaults to the super easy setting, making it not a challenge, making it not a game.

Feature (definition from Google) fea·ture ˈfēCHər/ noun plural noun: features a distinctive attribute or aspect of something. Wow nice try though. Content and features are NOT the same things obviously and now we have the definitions to prove it

I never disputed they where different. I believe you are using the wrong words to convey your point. Any feature within the game IS content as its CONTAINED within the game, hence the definition. Where in the definition of feature does it state temporary? Where was it stated during advertising or on the box, that these portions of the games content where only temporary features and would be removed? What differentiates them from all the other features in the game. Where was it stated prior to purchase which features stay and which go?

They weren't removed and they are not temporary. They are certain aspects that are going to be regularly changed. They are still there just not featured without the DLC now.

How was difficulty selection not removed. I have ttk and its still not there til you hit a light lvl ive not achieved yet (so cant comment on) If its not challenging its not a game. I dont disagree with a lot of your points above. Like vendors (not that they've ever sold anything I wanted imo) But to say they haven't removed content that was there at point of purchase and advertised as such is a lie.

Well if you have TTK than you really don't have anything to argue about because only things that Bungie 100% didn't think we need were taken from the whole game. Because really nothing was removed if you have the DLC

The nightfall always reflects and changes based on the max level cap which means that people who don't have TTK cannot play them as they don't have the access to be level 40.
