People can get a refund by simply claiming that the content doesn't work or is no longer available. Just because people are CLAIMING that it has been removed to customer service does not mean it has ACTUALLY been removed.
I have done it when I have been dissatisfied with a purchase. I simply claimed the content didn't work and was immediately given a refund. So that is not any form of proof.
