I'm the same.
If either of the year 1 raids take longer than ONE HOUR, then you are scrub and do not belong in my fireteam. I purposefully look for people who can do a quick run, longer than an hour isn't a quick run.

Crotas end should be doable in around 20 minutes at this point, with level 34s its kind of...not hard mode anymore

I agree. One of the biggest arguments against me is that i haven't played the new raid yet. That doesn't mean i can't measure my Fireteam's willingness and drive to get it done.
