I don't mind if players are carried through events because that means at least they know how to take direction. It's the ones who don't want to work as a team and lie about their experience that I don't want on my raid team.

Yeah it's always fun to have that one guy say he's an MVP at running Relic or something in a raid then he dies immediately. Yesterday I ran Hard Crota with 6 people and we couldn't kill him when anyone else in my fireteam was running the Sword so one guy left. I didn't have a mic so they didn't want me to run the sword but I convinced them by messaging them I could run it and point when to shoot rockets, 2 Crota downs later I killed him and everyone was laughing about it. We even messaged the guy who left that we did it and invited him back to the party.
