So i am playing control when a couple of friends of mine jump into my party chat , now this people are great and funny guys , but suck at destiny . So they ask me " oh dude help us kill skolas we need to complete this and i say
" , listen I like you guys but I don't want to spend 3 hours killing skolas " when they tell me why 3 hours , dude I completed skolas in one hour yesterday , and I'm thinking to myself , I'm going to regret this I just know it , well ... It's Saturday night and I don't have to work Sunday so I say okay fine lets go kill him ,when I see their unleveled gjallarhorn and Normal primaries and 100% strength builds and using voidwalker so when I asked them why they don't change their gear for something with more intellect ? Their respond " because we want to kill skolas with style and we don't like those other gears since their ugly , we look sexy like this " I'm already thinking this is going to take longer than one hour ...
... Well now.. How long did it took ...?

..... 6 Blasted Hours!!!!! If you check my stats for my last skolas activity you will see how bad it got ... Ugh yeah I'm sick of "helping " people that don't know what the hell they are doing ...

Props for sticking through with them when you didn't have to. I had to deal with something like that once before for Crota's End Hard back in the TBD days. Only me and one other guy were competent and level 32, and a lot of the fire team hadn't even done the damn raid on normal before, so they didn't know what they were doing. They were all willing to commit, but they were goofing off way too much and it was just getting annoying. Eventually, everyone except for me and my competent partner quit, and we ended up finding an amazing group of people who helped us down Crota so amazingly fast I almost regretted even attempting it with the other group. I only kept helping them because there was something rewarding about trying to Sherpa some newbies.

Ur better than me because I would have said If you want to kill him with me u will change to sunsinger! Can you beat him with a VW? Of course. I know I could but I'm not a skolas virgin either. Props for sticking it out!!!
