I beat thyroid cancer, I youtube and stream without asking for funds. I don't mind donating so long as the cause is clear. StrikesForVeterans I believe they are called take donations from the community and put it towards gaming consoles and such to help soldiers have a normal life again.

What about the slobs who beg for donations? Is it right to give money to them?

There's a difference between begging and asking. Again so long as the cause is good, I am willing to donate. I donated to Syndicate since he uses his streams to give all donations to pretty much every charity known to man. I would gladly donate to SFV for their cause. (Waiting for paycheck)
