I guess I better start reporting every time I have a laggy game where 2 second delays allow the enemy sniper to nail me in the head after I blow their head off

Might as well. It ruins the game to play with people with bad connections.

Well I may have misinterpreted your comment by reading other replies as some have implied that you report for cheating when there's a massive delay
