I only report them for bad connection if they are lagging. If shoot them and they die 4 seconds later, no doubt I'm reporting them.

I guess I better start reporting every time I have a laggy game where 2 second delays allow the enemy sniper to nail me in the head after I blow their head off ._.

Might as well. It ruins the game to play with people with bad connections.

Well I may have misinterpreted your comment by reading other replies as some have implied that you report for cheating when there's a massive delay

wouldn't the 4 sec delay in them dying mean it's a bad connection and not cheating? I thought cheating was if they took zero damage and also took control of the environment by choosing advantageous moments when to return to to normal just to kill you then popped back to god-mode.

I report them for bad connection not cheating. Rarely ever do I report for cheating.
