Grimiore, but I've been proven wrong several times.
Other than that I can tell who a try hard is by their clan name

Lol our clan name is meant to be taken as a joke but all but 3 of our players are in the top 100,000 crucible and about 1/3 of our clan (including me) are in the top 50,000. Not a very reasonable judging method haha
