If they pick up a scorch cannon after the first wave, they're a noob. If they pick it up on the final wave or not at all, they're a decent person and a legit player who knows what they're doing.

Final boss is easy enough without the scorch cannon, I'll blow shit up for fun early on.

What are you talking about? Lol the thing drops like 3 scorch cannons the whole event (typically 2 off the start and sometimes 1 more in another wave) and I'm normally by myself doing them. It's not like I'm wasting a scorch cannon that somebody else wants to use. Plus I've got rockets and a shotgun, killing the last guy is hardly a problem lmao

I can solo most of them with one cannon depending on the character I am using, so this is a bad generalization. Most people do not use a scorch cannon well anyway.

I like to pick it up after the first wave and just blast the heck out of it for fun... Or if there is a low level I'll give it to them.
