Just weapons and level, that's all. However I will judge you if you wear something like Mask of the Third Man and play as a gunslinger...scrub.

Definitely this. If someone has a max grimoire and level and no Raid weapons running VoG, I'll take a super low grimoire lvl 30 with a 365 VoC and Found Verdict/Pradenthys Revenge over them any day.

If someone has max grimoire I'm pretty sure they didn't farm CE for 50 raid completions.
