I don't look I listen.
Bragging about noob shit like, "oh I just did the nightfall and got *ENTER PRE DLC EXOTIC HERE* I bet no one has this yet", strike 1. I'm like hmmm, maybe he's just tired, forgot, something like that.
Asking about noob shit like, "OMG what is that ship/shader? How do you get that?", strike 2. I'm like maybe they don't have a lot of friends, oh well I can probably help them through it, no big deal (I guess).
Finally a group that insists on all max lvls for a hard VOG. "What a noob, he's only lvl 30 (with maxed out weapons and all VOG gear to their unlvled Suros) kick him he doesn't know what he's doing!!!", strike 3. I'm like okay, -blam!- this. These guys are dipshits.
I'm out. Enjoy your 3 hour VOG run, I forsee a lot of time wasted on them watching YouTube walk through videos, arguing, and people leaving.
***Special shout out to the guy with the worst connection in the world demanding to fireteam/party host. Thanks for wasting everyones time***

I don't have a strike system but that actually seems like a solid strike system. I suggest using it more it might make people see that literally every destiny players dislikes people like that :)
