I don't judge.
When it comes to raids talking is part of it so a simple question as to players experience is all that is required.
Grim score is just another tool for elitists to use to discriminate or judge others by.

Like I said in my edit. I don't discriminate players because of their grimoire score I'll simple change my style of my gaming to suit the needs of a players who is quite new to the game and may or may not have done the raid we are trying to do.

I wasn't really aiming my response at you directly or suggesting you are elitist. More a general observation. Like I say I really don't judge any player . It doesn't cross my mind. If someone is new to a raid in my experience they are usually asking for help to run it anyway. In my case I am a Day 1 player who has done most things in the game & yet my Grim score would suggest otherwise based on this community's guide of 3000 + so go figure.
