I agree and I should elaborate on my judging skills. I won't allow nor disallow someone into my fire team due to grim score but if I see someone who is level 34 with 1000 grim score I'll try to play better to accommodate what could be a "new player" who isn't as experienced as me and my friends but if someone is 34 with 3500 grim then we won't try as hard if you know what I mean.
