My theories line up pretty well with yours, they're nerfing our weapons as an excuse to sell us TTK guns instead. They aren't creative enough over there to make tools that are as [or more] fun as in the vanilla game!
Now we have to define our guardians because they can't manage a proper storage system? And their answer to our nay saying is, "fine, well just make the old weapons bad so they'll get rid of them."
What made me probably the most angry, besides black hamer and Gjallarhorn, is the glaring fact that HoW hit the deck and they just moved right on to TTK. The weapons and gear in HoW are a god damn sham the drops rates are screwed up the perks are a joke and they just waltzed on past what's happening right now. It's all about the shiny new toy "in the coming weeks"
If BUNGIE is hyping something they show us pretty distacting videos and flashes of gun models they never fire so people "throw their money at the screen". But when they give us actual content or actual changes there's zero distractions, and by distractions I mean good things they throw in to make all the dumb shit not seem so bad. I mean come one how are Atheon and the IB ship still broken? They can't give a us a nerf patch with like by they way we made some new armor to try weeee! Where's the cookie when it counts? These guys don't have a -blam!-ing clue man...
