Bungie never thinks these things through. That is probably the exact thing that is going to happen.
The LFG thing is Bungie's fault to begin with.
Plus, if the content were better designed where a powerful rocket wasn't necessarily the best way to get something done, it woouldn't even be an issue.
VoG in no way needs Gjallahorn.
The entire design allows for a variety of weapons to work, and having a powerful rocket is not the best strategy.
Rather than design the other encounters in a similar, creative fashion, Bungie has followed one simple formula which comes down to "Burn the Boss down as fast as possible".
Do they look in the mirror and see it was they that created this situation. Of course not.
Their solution is to keep doing what they are doing, pretty much the same boss encounters, and artificially making it harder on the player by making the boss stronger and weakening the player. The actual gameplay itself does not change.
TLDR Bungie is the reason for all this "Need Gjally" sh*t!
