The thing I find funniest about this is how everything that has to do with this game has gone backwards from launch. The game has progressively gotten worse and worse, bungie has had fewer and fewer answers and have handled situations worse and worse, people have gone from extremely happy with the game to leaving it and not returning and all of this has happened in the span of 10 months. I think companies will look back at all of this and use it as an example of how not to do business. Well done Bungie for setting the standard for 'Shlt you shouldn't do'.
