They are really aiming at making the content artificially harder by lowering our attack damage, at least in PvE situations. You know the Vex is gonna get all jacked up again too. Every attempt at rebalancing has caused that gun to just get worse and worse. Do they work with circus music playing in the background instead of Mozart? Best part was the sign off. War never changes.. it kind of applies here to some degree.
