Welcome to an mmo style game, with hardcore PvP and raiding in mind. Bungie isn't going to give you everything that you want, nor do you deserve it. You have to earn it by putting hours and hours into their game. If you don't have the time that sucks cause you don't deserve it, you aren't the demographic that gets end game content.
That's a personal problem, not a destiny problem. It's not on bungie to give you gear because you don't play a lot. If you want stuff in the game earn it. Besides grinding for all that shit to buy one from the speaker takes longer than earning one anyways.
It's all about game time, and if you can't hang then you don't deserve the best things in the game and that's facts. People really need to stop complaining and play another game if they can't handle this. Seriously.

lol Destiny is nothing like an MMO. With an MMO, you can get any/all crafting materials you need while running the normal course of the Quests in the game. With Destiny, there's no Questing. There's just grind. Grind with no promise of what you seek. All other MMO's that are heavy on grinding at least give you the promise that eventually you'll get what you're looking for. With Destiny's lack of Quests/Content that only serves to force frustrating repetition ad nauseum, mixed with the horrible set-up for their version of RNGesus, there's still no promise that you'll get what you're looking for. Take all the people doing everything all the time in their hunt for Gjallarhorn. Hundreds of hours wasted with nothing to show for it. Destiny is about as far from a true MMO as you can get.

It's not a true mmo, but it's values and scheme of raids and hardcore pvp is an mmo more than any other genre you could ever make it.
