Do you mean for a rocket that switches elemental damage or a rocket that switches up stats? I'm imagine going back and forth between a huge blast radius hard hitting rocket or a fast fire 3 shot bust rocket. A back story would be nice but your descriptions kind of do that a bit. I am kind of curious on your perspective on how they would fit in the lore of destiny.
