Try one being entertaining enough to generate thousands of viewers. Two being creative enough to do things that draw people and make people stick. Three being friendly open enjoyable 24/7. And finally taking initiative to draw in sponsors and peoples support. It isn't easy and if you believe it is you do it.

Errrrrrm.... sponsors have employees who scout for them based on their clientele. So other than that, yeah they just sit and chat shit.

Lol you've obviously never watched a stream because they don't ever beg for money. It's the same as athletes....they just play sports for a living and we pay them because they are entertaining.
