Just reduce its range and dot damage, I've been getting outshot by Thornes from across the map when I'm using a scout rifle which is wrong

agreed. hand cannons in general shouldnt be able to snipe across the map. I think that since so many of the maps are close range combat, hand cannons shine. taking it one step further, the best hand cannons are TLW and thorn.
