Look at spreadsheet. Thorn can kill with two shots minimum. Can't get two shots? How about three? Yup that kills too, and better than handcannons like Jewel of Orsiris. TOP CLASS in both fire rate AND damage (tlw beats in fire rate). Clearly overpowered. If you don't think it's overpowered, then you have the intelligence of a moose.
