I'm not particularly good at pvp, don't use thorn, but have no problem with it. The irritation comes from getting killed a lot by it, but that's more to do with the number of people using it rather than it being 'impossible to overcome'. It's a good gun, as any exotic should be. Personally think TLW is ten times worse for not standing a chance. The ttk on that is insane.
