If they're going to nerf Thorn I think it should be by removing aggressive ballistics. Without aggressive ballastics it can't two shot. A 3 shot kill is fair from an exotic handcannon. It also doesn't take away from what Thorn is, I've seen people saying to remove it's DoT, in that case you may as well use another handcannon.
