Remove the poison damage from it so it's a 3 shot headshot kill just like all other hand cannons and maybe raise stability, lower the last words damage so it's also a 3 shot headshot, there shouldn't be two guns in the game that 2 shot people leaving all others to suffer

Exactly I say leave it. It's perk is what makes it so strong so it'll either be amazing or bad thrown is just in awkward spot because of its perk

Yes there is a reason to use it since it has a faster fire rate than other 3 headshot kill hand cannons

So logically why should it take 2 headshots to kill somebody and have a faster fire rate and same range as a hand cannon that has a slower fire rate, less range and the same fire rate as a scout rifle that takes 4 headshots to kill and the same range, from a purely un objective stand point this makes no sense?

it shouldn't but it's illogical to take the exotic perk off the weapon perk has making it so so the don't can only be applied every 4 seconds so they can't stack it or reduce it's impact.
