It needs a gentle nerf. I just feel it should be two head shots [i]and[/i] a body shot in crucible. This would make all legendary hand cannons become relevant in crucible again.

This would be perfect. 2 head shots and a body shot for a kill, but keep the DoT effect the same.

Yup. Slightly less damage is all it needs. I'm talking just a tiny amount.
