Yup exactly the point I'm trying to make, " other pulse rifles" then undoubtably everyone will use pulse rifles as they will then have the fastest ttk, so pulse rifles as a whole will be nerfed, resetting the previous buff.
It's a vicious cycle and honestly there is no real solution, there will always be a most used gun.
