Ok... 1) That spreadsheet shows the fastest possible TTK for each weapon. It means firing at the maximum RoF without missing headshots and you have to be within the range (not too far that the dmg drop-off will affect the weapon) 2) Not everyone can get 2 perfect headshots in a row without missing ALL OF THE TIME. 3) Radiant Dance Machines + MIDA. I find myself often beating Thorn users with this loadout. It's probably because a lot of them can't land multiple shots in a row on me, just as I mentioned in #2. 3) Why nerf? It was fine until the auto nerf. Bring back auto rifles and people will use Suros again. That should stop all these Thorn threads. Let's just hope others wont cry about Suros. 4) THE RAM!!!

 • Not bad, but, 2) The venom can easily compensate for the damage lost if you miss the headshot. Not to mention, if any other enemy player is even near, a second poisoing may occur (it has happened dozens of times now since everyone and their mother uses Thorn now). 2) You shouldn´t require a set of Exotics available only through drops or Xur-mas (and class-specific, in the case of the Radiants) to counter a weapon that everyone has access to, since it´s an open bounty. 3) Because until that happens, PVP is a clusterf**k. Almost all of my matches now happen this way: go out to seek a target, get shot by Thorn, hide and wait until venom fades and regen triggers, go out again, get shot again, repeat.... yes, it can be countered but it slows the whole game down and it´s just boring as hell. 4) Again, a "beat this weapon" strategy cannot be solely based on "get this other rare piece", because only a few will have access to it. On a side note, at least you have made your posts very well constructed and polite. Kudos for that.

 • The best "fix" for thorn is to remove the poison when the thorn user dies. That way, it is surviveable and can be easily countered. Since it's mostly the poison that kills, it should be a decent fix.
