Crucible is "balanced" Why would you nerf Thorn for just the Crucible, no one gives 2 shits about crucible However, Thorn in Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris is a different things, where level advantages are enabled. If that's the case, that's where the more "hardcore pvp" players are at, and you don't see them complaining about Thorn as much as casuals. If you're a casual playing Iron Banner or Trials, sorry to say this, but you shouldn't play it unless you know for a fact you will be dying a lot because that's where all the elite gamers go to play when these events come out.
