I have 3 dumbass my point is if you take out all exotic perks in crucible theirs no point in using an exotic in the first place. Hawkmoon feels better than any other exotic hand cannon and better than most legendaries. You can't take out exotic perks and not take them out on legendaries that's unbalanced.
