I've been saying this for months. All special perks (any weapon) should be deactivated during normal crucible. ToO and IB are the exception.

i think the perks should be deactivated in ToO and IB as well but only exotic ones to prevent the focus of people rushing to use exotics over legendarys, dont remove the perks just turn them off when in crucible
