people that use its exotic status as an excuse for it being extremely op in pvp. i don't give a damn how rare/hard to get something is it shouldn't be able to dominate pvp. there must be balance. it can be op where being op is ok. in pve. make it great in pve as a staple of its exotic status and make it average in pvp because pvp shouldn't be full of guns that can overpower all others it needs balance.
