When playing pvp I try not to run out in the middle of no where with no cover or concealment. Thorn is only good if they can hit you. With a 9 round cylinder just use cover. They will run out of bullets eventually or get impatient and rush to which you shoot them. See. There is a solution. Don't expose yourself to incoming fire.
