So from what i see most ppl want an exsotic gun to be put down to something less then a legendary. Everyone complains that NLB sucks because its perks are no good, why have them do it another gun.
To night playing IB i think thorn got me maybe in 3 games other then that it was just normal damage to kill me.

Nobody wants it to be below a legendary just nerfed enough where not everyone uses it because it can kill an enemy in 2 shots from across the map

I can understand lowering its range but that would be all. But i see so many that want the dot lowered or damage lowered, i see it as up close a hand canon should win out all but special wepons and rockets, as an exotic it should still have more range to bump it up a notch, but yes i can see taking its range down some.
