Normal hand cannons are a consistent 3 shot head shot and 4 shot body shot (without luck in the chamber and final round), but when the amount of shots needed is decreased by 1, it overpowers every other hand cannon

It would bring it in line wouldn't it? But it would stop health regeneration and track them behind walls

well realistically, think about it. it has the highest possible fire rate of any hand cannon (not including auto fire last word) and is a 2 headshot kill. you cannot defend against that. it's TTK is like 0.3 seconds (if you exclude the time it takes for the dot to kill you, because once the dot is applied, youre dead any way)

And it has a fast fire rate too. And really good range. And basically no downsides. And it delays health regeneration. And it's annoying. Gahhhh. Don't mess with the exotic perk, just reduce the impact so it takes an extra shot to kill.
