It doesnt need a nerf, and yes i use it and yes i get killed by it often.
There are 3 main guns in PvP Thorn, red death and TLW and they all have their strengths and weaknesses and their own play styles to go with it.
With the thorn it comes down to my play style i think its a better weapon at mid range then TLW but close range ill be out gunned majority of the time, becasue of this you wont find me putting myself in a close range combat situation.
Long range the thorn is not as strong as Red death you need to shoot very slow you cant just spam like you would at mid range because your shots wont be accurate.
Once again, i use thorn but i also get killed by it but im not finding i get killed more often by thorn then any other weapon but i started to use thorn because i found it annoying to die from mainly because of the poison and maybe this is why people dont like it because they dont use it.
Its a great gun and lets be honest you cant please everyone so lets say we nerf thorn then the 2 OP weapons will be red death and last word.. then what.. people cry about those 2 and they nerf TLW then everyone is left using the Red death?
They just need to buff auto rifles again to make them more useful.. no more nerfing shit.
Say no to NERFS !!
