No, I believe that Thorn is not OP enough. This gun should make the entire team you're facing spontaneously combust when you get a hit marker on an enemy, and if that's not enough just make it so you have to make your bullet be within a few feet of the enemy to cause the combustion. This gun should be feared by all and matched by none.
