Everyone has different preferences, if you don't want to play PvP to get easier etheric light, that's on you.
What about people who preferred PvP before HoW? Was it wrong for PvE content to be the more efficient way of obtaining good gear?

I already said people have different preferences. That's exactly my point. It should apply to every preference because we all need to level up regardless of the mode we play.
