I would need 3 Etheric Light just for my armor. Then; if I were to only upgrade the Legendary weapons that I use very frequently, I would still need another five (5) Etheric Light for those weapons. That's eight already, and that's one character.
There's no way I could sink in the time/days in order to get 2-3 character maxed out, but in order to get one character maxed in a relatively decent amount of time, I [i]have to[/i] run 2-3 characters to try to get enough Etheric Light.
This is the very serious design flaw in this DLC.

I don't understand why they made it so damn easy to ascend Exotics, but takes an act of GOD to find a piece of Etheric Light to level Legendaries! WTF were they thinking?

I know, right!? Day 1 of the HoW DLC, I was sitting on 40+ Exotic Shards. Inside of ten minutes, I had every Exotic in my collection (on all three characters) maxed at 365 for weapons and Light 42 for armor. I have seven Exotic Shards left... Point is, I did all of that inside of ten minutes. Two weeks into this DLC, I have not been able to max out even a single piece of Legendary Armor or weaponry. There's a severe issue with this.

Not sure why they did this. I guess to keep us grinding the hamster wheel. I enjoy the game, I just don't like being told how I should play it. I'm stuck at 33 with all 3 characters until my time and my friends time allow us to play PoE for at least more armor cores. You play on PS4? Looking for some help?
