If you are counting players, the destiny universe would kick the borderlands universes ass. Since destiny is technically an mmo having ten thousand guardians showing up at claptrap's front door with fully maxed Ghorns is an unfair fight. There are more than enough guardians to fight a single player with some varied AIs and hold back all the darkness forces. It is most likely that the darkness forces especially the Cabal would be aggravated by the borderlands forces for storming in. If the borderlands forces pushed on our solar system, they would be bombarded with multiple forces from Mars, Venus, the moon, the reef and spout two thousand guardians right off the bat. If guardians went to go attack Pandora, the Cabal and Fallen would have to be handled first as they would not be able to cooperate with each other and the guardians. But after that it would just be an unfair beat up because as there would be no darkness zones on pandora or the moon. The re-spawn time for all the ten thousand guardians would be 5 seconds... Not fair. However if guardians and players are not part of the picture, borderlands would have a huge advantage with the organization of the armies. The tower does not have an army as far as I can tell. No fleet, horrible weapons, only a couple generals and some robots. I'm sure they would be able to send some citizens of age into war from the city, but they would be handling low level weapons from the gun smith, and this is EvE so the attack would matter. The city would probably try to call on the reef for help which I believe would reply positive considering the circumstances. destiny enemy types would not be able to make an organized defence with each other. Unlike the borderlands enemy types which would be able to get along to fight the destiny universe as a common enemy. The Borderlands universe has a space fleet consisting of massive cruisers, battleships, and fighters. They have multiple generals and powerful machinery and bosses. If the borderlands universe advances on the destiny universe and picked the planets off one by one. I think it would be a win.

Norfleet = rip 6billion guardians in one shot
-
The vault hunters could insta-kill all of the guardians at once until you all got whiny and rage-quit. Over and over.
-
Levels in PvP don't matter in the destiny universe. Even if levels did matter, supers would still one shot. Levels do matter for PvP in the borderlands universe but there is no immunities so I still think the massive amount of guardians would overthrow the vault hunters no matter the weaponry
-
Lv 7 vault hunter will do almost zero damage to a vault hunter. There is a thing where you shoot low level rockets at your feet to go faster. It isn't a glitch, it's just how levels work. A 20 level gap will render most things immune. 72+8 to 32 is a lot more than 20.
-
OMG your gjallarhorn that does 5000 damage will do so much to my 1 million capacity bee shield with 1.5 million amp damage! Oh and look out for my 3 million x3 norfleet that won't do any damage to your 500 health!!!!!!!
-
But there is two thousand Ghorns, and I was picturing the damage to be balanced, like x amount of damage in the destiny universe is equal to y amount of damage in the borderlands universe. Proportionate to how much of your health bar would be taken down by a level 1 enemy if you are a level 1... If that makes sence
-
sham has 94% to absorb a bullet/rocket/wolfpack round. And a norfleet is just as good as a ghorn. Except it does millions of damage depending on the build and clears rooms out. Just because you have numbers doesnt mean you are stronger.
-
Sham can absorb all of those Gjallarhorn shots
-
No, norfleet is made to be ridiculous and almost impossible to get
-
If you want to talk about respawning. In the borderlands universe you have to pay to respawn and all of that money goes to aiding Hyperion so by dieing you'd be helping the bordelands
-
Oh yea... Vault hunters fight first, as they will die at one point they let Hyperion create better tech for them
-
I play both and if I had to side with anyone I would side with borderlands because it is a better overall game so your losing 3 32 guardians see yah my lv72 op8 gunzerzerker with DPUH and the grog nozzle will take down every guardian that steps in my path
-
Borderlands is 8 years old. There are more people. Oh and 80>32. And don't pull that pvp card because this isint crucible this is a war.
-
Light level 32. Level 20 total... yes.. but, they do a little damage, and they revive after 5 seconds. Because the battleground isn't a darkness zone.
-
Thats your best argument? Wow.
-
It's true. Guardians would NEVER die. The million plus guardians would never die. Plus the majority have a maxed Gjallarhorn... they win by far.
-
What about the millions with unkept Harold? Or nor fleet?
-
Millions of guardians with infinite lives.... wins against the Borderlands players.
-
New U
-
No just use the Norfleet it kills all one million in one shot and destroy the Ghost
-
It wouldn't destroy the ghosts. They go evasive when the Guardian dies. That's why they float there and spread apart.. nothing can destroy them
-
They in the air they can die
-
No they cant. Have you not seen boomers assault the shit out of a ghost. Once I got attacked by 6 sword nights at once while being attacked by 2 ogres and 4 boomers. (CE hard). the ghost.. does not die. It doesn't happen.
-
Then just grab it plus Norfleet Sham dominates
-
Plus remember lvl play a huge factor in destiny so in the end lvl 34 guardians won't lay a scratch on lvl 80 vault hunters literally all you would see is immune.
