I've been doing this bit the exact same way since launch and it has always been far easier than the way you describe. Plus it still works with zero issues. Jump up the rocks to the left of the cave that three Hobgoblins spawn from during the second wave. Job done.

Never jumped up there but will have to give it a shot. Apparently you can snipe from the ship too. I just always used what seems like the super obvious one... I mean it's a cliff hanging over the whole area.

The ship worked before but today I tried it and it's the same as your rock. I used to go there when I wanted to be extra safe lol.

Yep. It's fun to do with shotguns when they don't instantly kill you. On the Nightfall solo I take it cautious.

My regular people I play with all have Gjallarhorns now, so this strike was a joke really, the Archon Priest barely had time to stretch his legs lol
