Video games are meant to be challenging enemy's are meant to shot you back, if they don't it's broken game mechanics, bungie are well in there right to patch game mechanics if they think there broken and they have which they want people to play there game correctly and be rewarded for the effort they expended not glitch cheese or use cheap tactics to speed to rewards screens

AAAAH! THE NO PUNCTUATION, IT BURNS!
-
Haha I was typing with wet hands after the first line I gave up on punctuation
-
Wet hands? What were YOU doing? O.o
-
Haha nothing sinister, I swear :P. I'm a chef so I'm constantly washing my hands.I'm usually on the forums when I'm at work and it's a slow day and I can't seam to get my hands dry enough to use my phone properly, my auto correct is always going crazy as well
-
Ah. Understandable.
-
Actually, I'd argue that they are meant to be fun lol
-
You are again stating your... OPINION. Yes it is Bungie's IP, but it doesn't mean that the practices they are doing are right, or are historically in line with what 99.9% of all developers have done before.
-
Yes my opinion and I'll happily use it to call your opinion ridiculous just because you've played old games where good mechanics where hard to implement, it's bungie a game they don't have to follow any rules or make shit 1990 style games because people want to shoot things without being shot at, if that's what you need to do for your ego or whatever go snipe thrall from a mile away in patrol just don't complain your not being rewarded for your skill less playstyle Name a game that's designed to be played in the way you mean ?

You just went WAY off tangent. The discussion here is whether or not exploits/cheats, etc. are legitimate, or that Bungie is right in "sanitizing" their game of said exploits. EVERY game is therefore susceptible to this debate whether it is Destiny, Super Mario Bros., or for ANY and all consoles throughout time. Halo is a PERFECT example of exploits that players ran WILD with. It created a Youtube sensation for Halo: CE and others after it, and made Halo MORE popular than it ever would have been without the exploits, tricks, out of map glitches, and SO much more. You have NO experience to speak of obviously, yet somehow you think that YOUR opinions and what you believe and know about video games is FAR superior to someone like myself, or anyone else for that matter that has more knowledge about and the history of Console video games. That is called arrogance and grand delusion. Here is a news flash. Facts MATTER. Experience MATTERS. Knowledge MATTERS. History MATTERS. You bring NONE of those things to the table. And by the way, while it is technically Bungie's game, GOOD developers and artists see their work as the CONSUMERS at least in experience, impression and passion. And lastly, games of the 90's as you state weren't broken UNLIKE Destiny. They were done RIGHT the first time (at least in the case of 95%), because the developers knew they couldn't just FIX their mistakes on launch day with a patch, or sometime afterward. They actually CARED what kind of games they put out and did it right the first time. The fact that games were exploited then, or now is just a testament to gamers love for... GAMES. That's something you need to learn and something you need to understand. But most likely, you never will because you think you... KNOW IT ALL!!! when you know nothing really.

now I want to go toss a warthog....
-
Read your first paragraph, now the third.you keep contradicting your self
-
Poor deflection for what you already sense in your heart and mind. I'm right. And why wouldn't I be, if you believe what I've stated in regards to my experience pertaining to Console Video Games? Look, just enjoy Destiny, and Console Video Games overall, learn more and more about the hobby you love, and just state what you know and don't assume things that you don't know. Having a strong opinion on something based in facts is about as worthless as the crap you just took. Have a great day and I hope that this debate of ours pushed you to learn more about your chosen hobby in the future where you'll be armed with more knowledge.

You talk about your experience playing games so you should understand that no developer would intentionally allow people to shot at enemy's without a form of challenge/skill shooting enemy's from a mile away without them shooting back requires neither if it was pvp and you where shooting people that couldn't shoot back it'd be called a glitch, you're doing the same to AI's
-
Again, you are speaking without knowledge. Developers ACTUALLY made codes FOR gamers wherein they could be INVINCIBLE and skip levels and even see the ending without completing the game, or have infinite ammo, and so many other things. IMAGINE THAT!!!!! I think that is EXPLOITATION to the 9th degree more than sitting on some ledge and using a sniper rifle to GASP... Snipe. By your comments, it is apparent that you have NO knowledge of Video Games past, and also have never been hunting. But somehow, your opinion matters?????
